ORDER GRANTING STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL
The parties having filed their Stipulation of Dismissal with prejudice on February 4, 2010, and good cause appearing, this action is hereby dismissed with prejudice as to the Plaintiff's individual claims and dismissed without prejudice as to the claims of the uncertified putative class.
Each party shall bear his, her, or its own costs and attorneys' fees.
