AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 125when verdict for defendant in action arising out of highway collision was not against manifest weight of evidence. In action arising out of collision between plaintiff's automobile and truck driven by one of defendants, where complaint charged defendants with negligence in driving at unreasonable speed and on wrong side of highway, and it appeared that photographs in evidence were consistent with defendants' theory of accident, held that verdict in defendants' favor was not against manifest weight of evidence.

Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook county; the Hon. JOHN F. BOLTON, Judge, presiding.

Judgment affirmed. Heard in the third division, first district, this court at the February term, 1945.
