PRESENT:

Appeals having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Family Court, Monroe County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on November 21, 2016, and respondents-appellants-respondents having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve their reply brief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Charles D. Steinman, Esq., dated October 18, 2017, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Paul B. Watkins, Esq., dated October 26, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that respondents-appellants-respondents submit ten copies of their reply brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before December 4, 2017, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
