PRESENT:

Appeals having been taken herein from an order of the Family Court, Monroe County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on November 21, 2016, and the attorney for the child having moved for an extension of time within which to file and serve his brief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Paul B. Watkins, Esq., dated October 2, 2017, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Charles D. Steinman, Esq., dated October 4, 2017, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted on condition that the attorney for the child submit ten copies of his brief to the Court, together with proof of service, on or before November 15, 2017, and the Clerk is directed to accept said briefs for filing.
