ORDER

ROBERT D. BURNS, III CHIEF JUSTICE

Before the Court is appellees' May 26, 2023 emergency motion to dismiss interlocutory appeal, or alternatively, for finding that protective order proceedings are not stayed pending appeal. In the motion, appellees note they have requested the clerk's record to be supplemented.

We ORDER the Dallas County Clerk to file, by June 1, 2023, a supplemental clerk's record containing the documents requested by appellees. At a minimum the supplemental clerk's record shall contain any amended petitions or applications for protective orders.

The Court requests appellant to file a response limited to appellees' alternative request for a finding that the protective order proceedings are not stayed pending appeal, if any, by June 2, 2023.
