The Court has not issued a Notice Setting Case for Trial in this case. On February 8, 2024, Shailana Dunn-Wall filed a Limited Entry of Appearance. A Limited Entry of Appearance may not be filed in a case before the Court's issuance of the Notice Setting Case for Trial. See Administrative Order 2020-03. Accordingly, we will strike the above-mentioned filing as improperly filed.
