INSANE PERSONS, § 30conveyances before adjudication. Where the master found, and the court approved his finding, that decedent was insane on and after a certain date prior to an adjudication of his insanity, a deed in the insane period creating a joint tenancy between himself and wife was invalid; and the proceeds from other property also thereafter placed in joint tenancy with his wife and sold, after his death, were to be distributed one half outright to his surviving widow, plus one third of decedent's half of the fund, and the balance to his surviving children, share and share alike.

Appeal from Superior Court of Cook county; Hon. JOHN C. LEWE, presiding.
