ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge.

On June 24, 2022, the Court entered and served an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that the Court's $60.00 filing fee had not been paid in this case. Thereafter, on the same date, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction.

The foregoing considered, it is ORDERED that respondent's above-referenced Motion to Dismiss is denied as moot.
