ORDER OF DISMISSAL

This case is currently set for trial during the Court's December 5, 2022, New York, New York, trial session. On October 17, 2022, respondent filed an unopposed Motion to Close on the Ground of Duplication (Doc. 10). In the motion, respondent advises that the petition filed in this matter is a duplicate of the petition filed at Docket No. 31024-21. The Court's review of both matters indicates that respondent's motion is accurate, and the Court will dismiss this case on the ground of duplication. Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Close on the Ground of Duplication filed on October 17, 2022, is granted and this case is dismissed on the ground of duplication with Docket No. 31024-21.
