ORDER

This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on February 27, 2023, for cases in which Portland, Oregon, is the place of trial.

On February 2, 2023, respondent filed a status report. On February 18, 2023, a representative of the Court contacted respondent as to the current status of this case. On February 21, 2023, respondent notified the Court that the parties require additional time to file a signed proposed stipulated decision.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's February 27, 2023, Portland, Oregon, trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 28, 2023, the parties shall file a signed proposed stipulated decision or a joint status report reflecting the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned.
