Upon review of respondent's response to this Court's order of May 24, 2007, and petitioner's reply thereto, petitioner's "Motion to Recall, Quash, and Vacate [etc.]" is hereby denied. Petitioner's petition for writ of mandamus is likewise hereby denied to the extent it seeks relief of the fees issue in Schmidt v. Crosby, Case No. 1D05-5484, and is hereby dismissed to the extent it seeks relief on the underlying merits of the case.
