MICHAEL TERRY SCHMECK & DONNA MORGAN, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes, Judge.

This case was on the Court's October 24, 2022 trial calendar for Atlanta, Georgia. Petitioners did not appear, apparently due to the health problems that has prevented almost any work from being done on their case. We spoke then with representatives of the Georgia State University Low Income Taxpayer Clinic, and they offered to try to help. Respondent recently reported that that clinic is now representing petitioners. This should point the case toward settlement, and it is

ORDERED that on or before March 31, 2023 the parties submit settlement documents or respondent file another status report describing any further progress in getting this case settled or ready to be tried.
