ORDER

This case was calendared for trial during the Court's January 30, 2023, Kansas City, Missouri, trial session. On January 9, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Status Report informing the Court that the parties had reached a basis for settlement regarding the issues in this case. By Order served January 18, 2023, among other things, this case was stricken from the January 30, 2023, Kansas City, Missouri, trial session, and the undersigned judge retained jurisdiction.

On May 1, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc.41) informing the Court that the "parties are continuing to compare and reconcile the effects of the interrelated issues and adjustments on calculations and computations of petitioners' deficiencies." Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before July 3, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court either a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case or a stipulated decision document.
