This appeal is dismissed without prejudice as it is an appeal taken from a non-final, non-appealable order. The appellees Shari R. Rhode and Patricia Covington's motion to dismiss appeal is denied as moot. Appellant Michael J. Schlosser's second motion for extension of time to serve initial brief is likewise denied as moot.
