Appellant is ORDERED to file an amended brief, containing citations to the record to support the facts and argument pertinent to the issues presented, no later than twenty days from the date of this order. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.1(g), (i). It is further ORDERED that this court will consider only those statements made in the parties' briefs that are supported by the appellate record in disposing of the appeal.
