Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Debra A. Norton, Esq., dated August 22, 2011, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Kimberly A. Georger, Esq., dated September 1, 2011, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered June 23, 2011, is hereby amended by deleting the date August 22, 2011, and inserting in its place the date October 21, 2011.
