On April 25, 2023, we abated this appeal until June 26, 2023. On June 29, 2023, we granted appellant's motion requesting we continue the abatement so the parties could mediate. On September 14, 2023, we received notice that the parties worked diligently, and an agreement was not reached.
Accordingly, we reinstate the appeal on our active docket. Appellant's brief is due December 21, 2023.
