On June 23, 2023, the parties filed a Stipulation of Settled Issues and a Joint Status Report. The parties' state in their Stipulation of Settled Issues that a basis for settlement has been reached resolving some, but not all, of the issues in this case. In the Joint Status Report, the parties state among other things, that they remain optimistic that some, if not all, of the remaining issues are susceptible of settlement and that they will require additional time to negotiate a mutually agreeable basis for settlement with respect to the remaining issues in this case. Upon due consideration, it is
ORDERED that on or before September 26, 2023, the parties shall file a stipulated decision document or a status report regarding the then-present status of this case.
