Appeal from order in part granting and in part denying the motion of defendants Simmons and Jamorwil Realty Corporation to vacate certain findings of fact and conclusions of law, and the judgment dismissed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. Kelly, P.J., Manning, Young, Kapper and Lazansky, JJ., concur.
