ORDER

Elizabeth A. Copeland, Judge.

This case was called for trial on April 17, 2023, at the Trial Session of the Court in Cleveland, Ohio. The Court granted the parties' oral motion for continuance and retained jurisdiction at that time.

On May 16, 2023, the parties filed with the Court a Joint Status Report. The parties informed the Court that petitioner had recently sent documents to respondent for review. The parties also informed the Court that respondent is reviewing the documents and anticipates requesting computations upon review. The parties are requesting until June 30, 2023, in which to submit decision documents.

Upon due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before June 30, 2023, the parties shall file with the Court decision documents or a status report (preferably a joint status report) informing the Court of the then-present status of this case.
