On May 9, 2022, the parties filed a Settlement Stipulation and Proposed Stipulated Decision for the Court's consideration. Upon review thereof, the Court notes that respondent's counsel's signatures on those documents were made using cursive font. Documents bearing such stylized signatures are not accepted by the Court. Accordingly, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties above-referenced Settlement Stipulation and Proposed Stipulated Decision are hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before June 10, 2022, the parties shall file a revised settlement stipulation and a revised proposed stipulated decision.
