The attorneys for respondent have filed a motion to quash the petition for writ of certiorari in this cause, and the Court having heard argument of counsel for the respective parties, it is, upon consideration,

Ordered that the said motion be and the same is hereby granted and the petition for writ of certiorari filed in this cause be and the same is hereby quashed.
