On June 17, 2022, respondent filed a Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction as to Taxable Years 2018, 2019, and 2020 and To Strike as to Taxable Years 2018, 2019, and 2020. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before July 18, 2022, petitioner shall file an Objection, if any, to the above-described motion to dismiss as to 2018, 2019, and 2020. Failure to comply with this Order may result in the granting of the motion to dismiss as to 2018, 2019, and 2020.
