DECISION PURSUANT TO RULE 1:28.
The provisions relating to alimony set forth in the judgment of modification dated May 20, 2010, on the wife's complaint for modification are vacated, and the matter is remanded for further proceedings consistent with the memorandum and order of the Appeals Court. In all other respects, the judgments dated May 20, 2010, are affirmed.
