ORDER
The parties have filed a joint motion to dismiss the appeal or withdraw Petitioner's petition for a writ of certiorari. We grant the motion and dismiss the petition for a writ of certiorari to the court of appeals. In light of the settlement between the parties, we vacate the opinion of the court of appeals.
