South Carolina Coastal Conservation League, Petitioner, v. South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control and Soilutions, LLC's Edge Road Mine, Respondents.

ORDER OF DISMISSAL

Ralph King Anderson, III Chief Administrative Law Judge

This matter is before the South Carolina Administrative Law Court (the Court) on a request for contested case hearing filed by South Carolina Coastal Conservation League (SCCCL) challenging the decision from the South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control (Department) in which it issued a Mine Operating Permit I-002375 to Soilutions, LLC.

On March 14, 2024, the parties filed a Stipulation of Dismissal stating that the parties had reached a settlement agreement and thus, agreed to dismiss this case with prejudice. As no issue remains for adjudication by the Court, I find good cause to dismiss this matter.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that this matter is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.

AND IT IS SO ORDERED.
