Order granting defendants' motion to dismiss complaint and cancel notices of pendency affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, upon the ground that plaintiff unreasonably neglected to prosecute this action. (Civ. Prac. Act, § 181; Rules Civ. Prac. rule 156.) Lazansky, P.J., Rich, Hagarty, Seeger and Carswell, JJ., concur.
