ORDER
The Court GRANTS defendant's motion to request briefing schedule.
Defendant shall file his motion for summary judgment within twenty-one days after the date of this order. The memorandum in opposition and reply shall be filed in accordance with the Rule 7.2 of the Local Rules for the Southern District of Ohio.
