ORDERED that petitioner's motion for a continuance (Doc. 12) is granted, that this case is continued, and that it will not be called at the Court's Boston session beginning June 6, 2022. However, it is further

ORDERED that the judge signing this order shall, for the time being, retain jurisdiction. He expects to continue the case generally after the subpoena hearing scheduled for May 25, 2022.
