ORDER STAYING PROCEEDINGS AND ABATING APPEAL
On September 14, 2023, this Court received written notice that on September 5, 2023, Appellee, Chong Sophia Han aka Sophie Han, individually and derivatively on behalf of Shambhala Treatment Center, LLC filed a petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code for the Southern District of Texas, case numbers 23-33463 and 23-33464.
Accordingly, it is ORDERED that all further proceedings in the appeal styled Konstantin Savvon and Shambhala Treatment Center, LLC, Appellants/Cross-Appellees v. Chong Sophia Han a/k/a Sophie Han, Appellee/Cross-Appellant, cause no. 12-23-00061-CV, be and are hereby STAYED and the appeal is ABATED until further notice. Tex. R. App. P. 8.2.
