Appeals and a cross appeal having been taken to this Court from the order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about December 2, 2016,And defendant-appellant-respondent The City of New York having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeals and cross appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeals and cross appeal to the May 2018 Term.
