An imperfect petition commencing this case was filed on March 29, 2021. That petition seeks review of the notice of deficiency dated January 11, 2021, issued to petitioner and Jana L. Savitz for tax year 2018. On July 27, 2021, a First Amended Petition was filed. That amended petition seeks review of the January 11, 2021, deficiency notice issued to Mr. Savitz and Ms. Savitz for 2018. That amended petition was also signed by both Mr. Savitz and Ms. Savitz. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is
