On January 18, 2024, the Commissioner filed two administrative records with the Court. [Docs. 14, 16.] It appears that the first administrative record [Doc. 14] does not contain the summary list of exhibits. The second administrative record appears to have the same documents and a summary of the exhibits attached thereto. We will strike the first administrative record. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that the Commissioner's administrative record [Doc. 14] is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record.
