DECISION AND ORDER DENYING APPOINTMENT OF COUNSEL AND DISSOLVING STAY OF PROCEEDINGS; NEW DATE SET FOR OBJECTIONS

This case is before the Court on report of the Volunteer Lawyers Project that they have closed this case without obtaining counsel for Plaintiff. Accordingly, since the VLP is the Court's only source for appointed counsel, Plaintiff's request for appointment of counsel is denied and the stay of these proceedings pending VLP consideration is dissolved.

The Magistrate Judge filed a Report and Recommendations in this case on January 6, 2002 (Doc. No. 3). Plaintiff's time to filed objections was extended once to February 19, 2006, and then indefinitely pending outcome of the VLP review. Now that the VLP review is complete and the stay dissolved, Plaintiff's time to file objections is set at May 12, 2005.
