Opinion

Nos. 83-1138, 83-2487.

February 7, 1984.

Appeals from Circuit Court, Dade County; Fredricka G. Smith, Judge.

Ferdie Gouz and Jeffrey Solomon, Hollywood, for appellant.

Witlin Witlin, Ronald Klein and Ira Witlin, Miami, for appellee.

Before HENDRY, BASKIN and JORGENSON, JJ.

In these consolidated appeals we find no abuse of discretion by the trial court and, therefore, affirm. See Kuvin v. Kuvin, 442 So.2d 203 (Fla. 1983). The appeal in case number 83-2487 is from a temporary post-dissolution modification entered during the pendency of the plenary appeal in case number 83-1138, as authorized by Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.600(c), see Campbell v. Campbell, 436 So.2d 374 (Fla. 5th DCA 1983).

Affirmed.
