JUDGMENT

Dale S. Fischer United States District Judge.

The Court having granted a motion to dismiss brought by the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and having ordered the parties to show cause why it should continue to exercise supplemental jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 1367, and the parties having failed to show cause before the Court's ordered date of July 18, 2024, The Court now dismisses Lisette Morales Santos's claims against the Department of Housing and Urban Development with prejudice. Santos's remaining claims are dismissed without prejudice.

IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Santos take nothing and that the Department of Housing and Urban Development recover costs of suit pursuant to a bill of costs filed in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 1920.
