On October 22, 2021, the parties filed a joint status report in this case. In that report the parties requested that the Court set this case for trial during a special trial ses sion of the Court during Summer 2022. In consi dera tion of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that this case is set for trial at a special trial session of the Court beginning at 10:00 a.m. (CT) on Monday, July 18, 2022, to be conducted remote ly via Zoomgov. For administrative purposes, Chicago, Illinois, shall be listed as the place of trial for this remote session. It is further
ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall serve on the parties a Notice of Remote Pro ceeding that shall contain comprehensive instructions on how to parti cipate in the Court's July 18, 2022, special trial session. It is further
ORDERED that the parties shall file with the Court, on or before January 7, 2022, a status report (or an appropriate motion) that includes a proposed pre-trial schedule.
