On November 30, 2023, respondent filed electronically in the above-docketed matter two documents designated Answer. The first, received at Docket Index No. 5, pertained to the instant case and was properly filed. The second, received at Docket Index No. 6, involved an unrelated taxpayer and was filed in the wrong case.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the Answer filed November 30, 2023, at Docket Index No. 6, is hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record and shall be placed under seal, thus rendered not viewable as part of this case.
