Present — Lazansky, P.J., Carswell, Johnston, Adel and Close, JJ.


Action by infant plaintiff to recover damages for personal injuries sustained when he fell while playing on certain boxes, tools and equipment of defendant which had been placed on a public sidewalk, along the curb; and by his father to recover for medical expenses and loss of services. Judgment in favor of defendant unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion.
