On April 6, 2022, petition filed in the above-docketed matter two copies of an objection to the Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction pending in this proceeding. The first, however, was submitted electronically under the improper designation "Answer", while the second was correctly submitted as an "Objection to Motion To Dismiss for Lack of Jurisdiction.

Accordingly, the premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the document filed April 6, 2022, as an Answer is hereby deemed stricken from the record in this case. The remaining objection will be dealt with substantively by a separate Order in due course.
