ORDER
Before the Court is the September 27, 2017 motion of appellee Community Missionary Baptist Church requesting an extension of time to file its appellee's and cross-appellant's briefs. We GRANT the motion as follows. We ORDER Dallas County District Clerk Felicia Pitre to file, by October 9, 2017, a supplemental clerk's record containing "Plaintiff's No Evidence Motion for Summary Judgment" that was filed in the trial court on September 26, 2016. Appellee's respective briefs shall be filed WITHIN THIRTY DAYS of the date the requested supplemental clerk's record is filed.
We DIRECT the Clerk of this Court to send a copy of this order to Ms. Pitre and all parties.
