Opinion By Justice Richter
Before the Court is the parties' agreed motion to vacate the trial court's judgment pursuant to settlement. The parties inform the Court that they have settled and they ask that we vacate the trial court's January 5, 2012 judgment and remand the case to the trial court for disposition based on their agreement.
We grant the parties' motion. We set aside the trial court's January 5, 2012 judgment without regard to the merits and remand this case to the trial court for rendition of judgment in accordance with the parties' agreement. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(2)(B).
