We extended the deadline to file the appellate record in this appeal to May 30, 2023, pending an April 27 hearing in the trial court on appellant's motion for new trial. Although the reporter's record has been filed and the trial court's online docket reflects the motion was denied, the clerk's record has not been filed. Accordingly, we ORDER the appellate record be filed no later than July 6, 2023.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Dallas County District Clerk Felicia Pitre and the parties.
