AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, §§ 133, 141questions for jury where worker in street was struck by automobile. In action for injuries sustained when plaintiff, employed by a street railway company in cleaning switches in tracks leading from street to car barn, was struck by defendant's automobile, whether defendant was negligent in failing to see plaintiff, and whether plaintiff was guilty of contributory negligence, were for jury.

Appeal from the Superior Court of Cook County; the Hon. CHARLES A. WILLIAMS, Judge, presiding.

Affirmed. Heard in the first division, first district, this court at the April term, 1946.
