ORDER MODIFYING OPINION

THE COURT:

It is ordered that the opinion filed herein on September 16, 2010 be modified as follows:

In the second sentence of the first paragraph on page 31 of the opinion, insert the words “for economic losses” following the words, “In fact, Mr. Sanai denies seeking to impose any liability....” The sentence will now read:

In fact, Mr. Sanai denies seeking to impose any liability for economic losses for this purported act of false credit reporting in 2001, insisting instead it merely illustrates UDR’s and Mr. Saltz’s business methods.

Respondent Sanai’s Petition for Rehearing or Alternative Motion for Correction of Factual Details and Clarification is denied.

There is no change in the judgment.
