PER CURIAM

In response to appellants' previous request, we extended the abatement of this appeal until December 28, 2015, and directed appellants to file a status report by that date. In accordance with our directive, appellants have filed a second status report explaining that they are preparing a motion for clarification of the trial court judgment and requesting that we extend the abatement for an additional 90 days to permit conclusion of the trial on the merits of this case.

We grant appellants' request and abate the appeal until April 1, 2016. All appellate deadlines will be tolled during the period of abatement. The parties are instructed to file either a status report or a motion to dismiss the appeal on or before April 1, 2016. Before Justices Puryear, Goodwin, and Field Abated Filed: February 11, 2016
