An order of this Court having been entered on or about October 22, 2019 (M-7223), granting petitioner-appellant leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Bronx County, entered on or about June 4, 2019, and assigning Anne Reiniger, Esq., as counsel to prosecute the appeal; And assigned counsel, Anne Reiniger, Esq., having moved for an order relieving her as such counsel, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the within motion to be relieved as counsel is granted and, sua sponte, the appeal is dismissed.
