DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 in the nature of prohibition, inter alia, to prohibit the respondent Eric Prus, a Justice of the Supreme Court, Kings County, from proceeding in an action entitled Salis v Salis, pending in the Supreme Court, Kings County, under Index No. 51265/2020. Motion by the respondent Olabisi Salis pursuant CPLR 3211 and 7804(f) to dismiss the proceeding.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
