DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motion to settle record on appeal, for consolidation and for extension of time to perfect appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to settle the record on appeal is granted, without costs, to the extent that, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 850.14 (b) (1) (vi), upon review of the decision of the Workers' Compensation Board filed October 23, 2020, the decision is upheld, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for consolidation is denied, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the motion for an extension of time to perfect the appeals is denied, without costs, as academic.
