On March 29, 2021, petitioner filed the petition to commence this case. By Order dated June 11, 2021, the Court directed petitioner to file a Ratification of Petition. No ratification of petition has been received. However, upon further review of the record, the petition bears petitioner's original signature.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the petition is deemed to have been ratified and affirmed by petitioner and petitioner is no longer required to file a Ratification of Petition.
